{"id":4641,"date":"2025-09-06T06:33:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-06T04:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cyclosdesavaloirs.fr\/?p=4641"},"modified":"2025-09-08T09:29:52","modified_gmt":"2025-09-08T07:29:52","slug":"chapeau-bas-erik","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cyclosdesavaloirs.fr\/index.php\/2025\/09\/06\/chapeau-bas-erik\/","title":{"rendered":"Chapeau bas, Erik !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que dire \u00e0 l&#8217;issue de la rencontre t\u00e9moignage qui avait lieu, ce vendredi soir, \u00e0 Bais ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erik, Baldic\u00e9en et licenci\u00e9 au Cyclo-Club Villainais \u00e9tait invit\u00e9 par des amis \u00e0 venir nous conter son aventure \u00e0 v\u00e9lo de l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"277\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/cyclosdesavaloirs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4642\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cyclosdesavaloirs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image.png 277w, https:\/\/cyclosdesavaloirs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-139x300.png 139w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 277px) 100vw, 277px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passionn\u00e9 de longue distance, apr\u00e8s avoir fait le Paris-Brest-Paris 2023, ce jeune retrait\u00e9 s\u2019est fix\u00e9 un challenge hors du commun : participer \u00e0 la Transcontinentale Race, cette course d\u2019ultra-cyclisme o\u00f9 chaque participant effectue en totale autonomie, sans assistance, l\u2019itin\u00e9raire de son choix tout en passant par les points de contr\u00f4le d\u00e9finis par l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Les 400 ultras se sont \u00e9lanc\u00e9s avec \u00e9motion, au son des &#8220;sonnettes&#8221;, le dimanche 27 juillet dernier de St Jacques de Compostelle \u00e0 destination de Constenta (Roumanie), soit la travers\u00e9e de huit pays, par les plus hauts cols des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es et des Alpes. Pari insens\u00e9 pour Erik qui avoue qu&#8217;au fil des kilom\u00e8tres et des \u00e9v\u00e8nements aussi improbables les uns que les autres (perte de portable, cadre de v\u00e9lo cass\u00e9, nids de poules, sentiers d\u00e9fonc\u00e9s, nuit dans les foss\u00e9s&#8230;), la course s&#8217;est transform\u00e9e en un voyage d&#8217;une richesse extr\u00e8me&#8230; Il aura fallu &#8220;seulement&#8221; 17 jours \u00e0 Erik pour rallier l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e, apr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s de 5 000 kilom\u00e8tres de &#8220;tout-terrain&#8221; et 55 000 m de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emotions fortes pour le cyclo et ses proches le suivant \u00e0 distance, rencontres insolites, paysages \u00e0 couper le souffle, d\u00e9boires \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, tracas quotidiens pour manger, dormir, recharger les appareils&#8230; Le t\u00e9moignage d&#8217;Erik est \u00e0 l&#8217;image de l&#8217;homme, simple, serein et humble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beau moment de partage !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respect Erik !<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"630\" height=\"354\" src=\"https:\/\/cyclosdesavaloirs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4643\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cyclosdesavaloirs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-1.png 630w, https:\/\/cyclosdesavaloirs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-1-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 630px) 100vw, 630px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Que dire \u00e0 l&#8217;issue de la rencontre t\u00e9moignage qui avait lieu, ce vendredi soir, \u00e0 Bais ?
